The Inner Solstice is a short, self-guided practice for times of transition. It invites you to pause, arrive, and gently re-align over four days through breath, body awareness, and stillness. This mini journey emerged from the essence of the 21-day Breath Pause and is especially supportive around the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere or the Summer Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere — or whenever you feel the need for an inner turning point. Each day holds a simple, embodied focus: Day 1 – Arriving Settling into stillness. Meeting the breath. Experiencing the body as a safe place. Day 2 – Alignment Grounding downward, opening upward. Expanding gently into space — held between earth and sky. Day 3 – Opening & Softening Allowing ease. Letting the breath flow freely. Deepening presence. Day 4 – Clearing Releasing through relaxation. A subtle inner light-rain supports the natural letting go of what is ready to dissolve. All meditations are short, gentle, and non-directive. There is nothing to achieve — only space to be.
